GMAP is a development program aimed at the best graduates to have opportunities and career acceleration especially in corporate banking. Program applies comprehensive development principles combining classroom, field learning, On the Job Training, involved in special projects, experiential development over a 24-month period, as well as special guidance and mentoring from reliable mentors.
